Acceptance

The following is a statement of our conditions of sale. Unless buyer advises to the contrary by a separate letter accompanying its order, any order issued shall be an acceptance of the conditions of sale as set forth below. Any proposal for additional or different terms or any attempt by buyer to vary in any degree any of these terms it its order is hereby objected to and rejected. Buyer shall be deemed to assent to these terms and conditions of sale by issuance of an order or by accepting delivery of any item ordered from us unless we are advised to the contrary in writing.

Prices

Prices herein quoted are net. Prices are subject to change without notice. All shipping and special processing charges are additional.

Credit approval

Shipment shall at all times be subject to the approval of our credit department and we may at any time decline to make any shipment except upon receipt of payment or upon terms and conditions satisfactory to us.

Payment terms

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. Otherwise subject to the provisions of credit approval above, terms of payment are net 10 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise mutually agreed to by us and buyer. All orders are subject to our right to require of the purchaser payment of all or any part of the purchase price in advance of delivery.

Shipping

All shipments are made F.O.B. our office. All orders are subject to shipping and / or handling charges.

International Orders

Please contact us for international orders.

Returns & Claims

No merchandise may be returned without our approval and instruction.
All authorized returns within 30 days will be subject to shipping in / out plus handling charges.
All authorized returns for "damaged" products will be inspected.
We reserve the right to assess the above stated charges on unsubstantiated claims.
No returns after goods opened or used.
No returns after 30 days.
All returns will be subject to credit only unless authorized.

Refused shipments, customer duplication of orders, or cancellation after shipment has been made are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge and all freight charges.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance arising from any cause not within our control.

Privacy & Security

Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart.
We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.
